Polis Chrysochous sits at the edge of the Akamas, where the mountains meet Chrysochous Bay. It is a landscape of stone, sea and light — and it shapes everything we build.
We build private homes and villa developments across this coast and the villages behind it: contemporary residences in exposed concrete and glass, and traditional houses in natural stone, each answering its own plot and outlook.
Our work runs from the coast at Latchi to the hillside villages of Steni, Kritou Tera and Armou, and out across the wider Paphos district.
